Little throne and urn of the Blessed sacrament
Description
The little throne, which has a wooden structure covered by embossed , wrought , carved and partially golden silver plate , along with the urn, which unlike the little throne, has only the two side little palms made of wood, with no gilding, was used for the Exposure of the Blessed Sacrament in the cathedral. Both the artefacts are made in Neapolitan workshops, even though , because of some stylistic differences , the two works must be attributed to different silversmiths.
